Workplace Evaluator Training - what's it all about?
If you are involved in training an apprentice (or want to get involved) then completing the BCITO Workplace Evaluator Training Programme could be for you. By being part of the training process in the building and construction industry you are fulfilling an essential function in the future of the industry.
The BCITO programme will improve your understanding of the assessment process and assist with evaluation of your trainee's progress on the job. It is suitable for all trainers operating in the building and construction industry - whether it be in a specialist trade or carpentry. The programme involves attendance at a two day course custom designed for BCITO clients with a building and construction focus.
Following the course a BCITO Training Advisor will visit you onsite to observe you putting into practice the theory learned on the course.
