The building industry in NZ is a great pathway to career success. And there has never been a better time to get into it. With demand for most professional trades already soaring, qualified professionals will have plenty of opportunity to get ahead.
The Government recently announced apprenticeship incentives. This will give the first 10,000 apprentices across all industries in New Zealand access to up to $2000 from 1 April 2013. Because this is a first-come, first-serve initiative by the Government, the BCITO cannot guarantee new apprentices will get the incentive payment. We will however do everything possible to make sure all new apprentices have the opportunity to apply!
