The National Certificate in Construction (Leading Hand) (Level 4) is designed to give people working in the building and construction industry the opportunity to upskill or have their skills and knowledge recognised formally.
The qualification has been designed for those people already working as a construction leading hand, or alternatively those wishing to move into the role. The programme aims to provide participants with the skills and technical knowledge required by a competent Leading Hand in a working environment, and is a combination of theory and practical applications.
