The team at Opotiki College built a large garden shed on a concrete slab for a long serving member of the Opotiki college staff. Timber framing to Building Code standards was used, the frame was clad in Texture 2000 plywood, and the roof was covered in corrugated zincalume roofing material. It features two windows and has a fitted roller door. The structure was built in the purpose built construction workshops at the college. Each panel built, assembled and bolted together then dismantled and re-erected on site. All rafters were pre-cut and re-assembled on the building site.
